POWER SUPPLIES & BATTERY BACKED DC SYSTEMS

We offer two standard products that meet most customer requirements...

The UDS155 Un-interrupted Dc Supply is a self-contained system, simply mount into a control panel, connect and go. It is available in 12, 24 and 48V versions and provides 7AHr battery backup. The 100W power supply maintains the standing load independant of the temperature compensated battery charger.

The RHA series 'Rectifer Heatsink Assemblies' provide the central building block for higher powered systems. Two 70A blocking diodes are included together with the Low Battery (voltage) and Charge Failure monitoring. Each monitoring circuit has its own alarm relay with volt-free contact set and LED status indicator. BCS series units are added to makeup the powersupply and charger ratings required. Low voltage battery disconnect is a recommended option.

LOOM ASSEMBLIES

The WKS96 controller with integral engine loom is purpose designed for use in rugged applications including jetting machines and hire equipment. These controllers and loom assemblies are available to suit a variety of engines and applications with custom builds to order. Protection circuits include - Low Oil Pressure, Coolant Fault, Fan Belt Failure, Overcrank and Emergency Stop.

BATTERY CHARGING

We offer a wide range of Battery Chargers including the BCX03 series which was first produced in 1989 and has remained a firm favourite as a cost effective solution for small AMF sets with little of no standing load. The BQ series followed with current limiting and charge fault option making these a good choice for most battery types, including NiCads. The BCM series shown here is an updated version of the BCQ circuitry providing charge fault as standard together with 115 / 230V connectivity and all in a reduced footprint.

CONTROL PANELS

Genset control panels for Start-on-Demand applications up to 50A 1ph are normally available ex-stock. Amps, Volts and Frequency meters are included together with the SDM72 and RSM72 controllers. Other designs are available including 2-phase and 3-phase applications. 

WB_ series Wall Mounting Battery Chargers are built around the BCX, BCM, BCQ, BCT or BCS type chargers to suit most battery types and applications. Options include:  Ammeter, Voltmeter, Selector switch, true charge-failure monitoring, LED status module and Battery Voltage Monitoring. Panels are normally IP66 rated with a powder coated RAL7032 finish and supplied complete with wall mounting brackets, terminal connections and full operating instructions.                                

Battery Backed DC Systems are build into wall mounting and floor standing cabinets to suit individual customer requirements. Standard equipment normally includes Low Battery disconnect, digital readout for Voltage, charge current and discharge current together with common-alarm volt-free contacts and status LED's for Charge Failure, Low Voltage and Battery disconnect.

We build customer specific designs in wall mounting units to large floor standing cubicles. We are happy to work with free issued components or we can source some or all of the parts as required.

HEAT-SEALING CONTROLS

Seal Control Modules are purpose designed for form-fill, film and bag sealing equipment as used in the packaging industry. They are sometimes referred to as 'temperature simulators' since they control the weld time according to the frequency of operation by simulating the amount of heat retained in the tool.

TRANSPORT REFRIGERATION

We offer a wide range of compressor and condensor fans with many popular models available from stock. Remote Start and Slave Controlers of our manufacture are also available.

26AHr Deep Cycle batteries are designed for 18holes and fit Hillbilly and Motokaddy golf trolleys.

22AHr Deep Cycle batteries are designed for 18holes and fit Powakaddy, Motokaddy, caddimatic and similar.

28AHr advanced GEL batteries fits Powakaddy, Motokaddy and many other golf trolleys.
